How can we find innovative solutions for improving air quality through waste management?

One of the biggest environmental problems in Debrecen is the high level of air pollution. During the heating season, the burning of solid fuels, green waste, and garbage is more common, which has a particularly harmful effect on air quality.

During the event, we will learn about the current situation interpreted by local experts. We will also jointly review the action plans and background materials in force to see the most complete baseline. Building on this, you will form teams around an idea that will work together in 24 hours. Each team could come form many different areas, there are no borders, everyone can add their own ideas to the project. During the 24 hours, you will learn the details of how to engage with the public in a community project. We will go into the business model of choosing sustainable operation for your idea if you continue to grow as a business. You will also receive a performance technique training to present your best form to the jury.

Finally the next morning a professional jury will judge the order of the participating projects.

Important: The language of the event is Hungarian.
