How can we promote an agile public transport system that will push more citizens towards sustainable transit habits? How can we foster safer and faster biking? Which incentives we can create to make walking and biking for distances less than 5km more attractive?

How can we promote an agile public transport system that will push more citizens towards sustainable transit habits? How can we foster safer and faster biking? Which incentives we can create to make walking and biking for distances less than 5km more attractive?
Current ideas that are already in use or soon will be:
o Two functioning biogas filling stations with a target of five
o Recharging points for electric cars in the market park and in some stores
o City cars powered by biogas
o Available commuting by local buses for elementary school students, the city aims to make biogas a driving force also for local transport (the city is already involved in promoting biogas for transport)
o Building cycle lanes and implementing the walking and cycling measures outlined in the plan annually.
