The challenge address the issue of public transportation in Ljubljana and specifically the concern that there are too many private cars on the streets every day. This hinders the ability to create an effective public transportation scheme in the city.

Challenge description

The challenges is a catch-22 challenge. The number of cars reduces the effectiveness of the public transportation system, while the ineffective public transportion system increases number of cars on the streets. Commuters from the neighbouring towns of Ljubljana with their jobs in the city also contribute to the high number of private cars on the streets. 

Challenge vision

We are looking for any kind of ideas that would either address the systemic issue or provide a sollution to a smaller segment of the challenge.
