Vladivostok in seen the effects in climate change across all seasons with less steady weather conditions and more stochastic events;colder summers with a few days or irregularly high temperatures, drier random autumns with hot and cold periods, winter with little snow and a few extremely cold and windy days, among other atypical changes...A particularly concerning problem happens at the end of summer during the rainy season which every years cause more losses due to heavy raining that causes mountains' erosion dragging soil, rocks and plants downtown blocking the drainage system, breaking the roads and flooding houses in the low areas.
