Three main steps towards the change:

Personal level: engaging the parents through competition in collecting the waste that can be recycled. The amount of collected waste equals the exact numbers of trees that they earn for their kid's school.
Social level: once the needed number of trees is earned the green hero company is getting involved with financing the green roof or green wall for the school.
